
Jessica “Jes” Stephey has been dancing for about 25 years, many of them at New Hopewell. Her main focus is Ballet, but she has also taught Jazz and Tap. She was the choreographer for the Youth Summer Workshop (shows included Fiddler on the Roof and Bye, Bye, Birdie) at the Apollo Civic Theater. She was also Dance Captain for Pippin and Anything Goes, and the choreographer for My Fair Lady.
At St. James School in Hagerstown, MD, Jessica taught ballet and was an Assistant Choreographer. She spent most of the early 2000s in NYC dancing at Broadway Dance Center and numerous workshops and teaching at Betty Jane’s Center of Dance Art in Frederick, MD.
